I'm taking a little time off from work and thought I'd test my brain for a while and have some fun. It's always nice to play games once in a while whether it be playing Sudoku, word hunt, jumbled words, puzzles and more.

Do You Still Send Christmas Cards via Mail?

Hello all. I'm slowly drifting into holiday mode and you can't blame me because there are many happenings and events. I still have not finished my Christmas shopping so I'm hoping to finish it by next week. I don't want to go on a weekend because for sure there are lots of Christmas shoppers but knowing that holidays are coming so I know even on weekdays there'll be flocking on malls.

I've already sent Christmas cards to my relatives in the US last week so hopefully they can still receive it just in time for Christmas or if not at least I have sent something. Even if I can send them e-cards sending real Christmas cards are more personal and I guess more touching.

What about you do you still send Christmas cards via mail?

I’m still glad that my eyesight is still not that bad unlike others who can’t move w/o their glasses on. A Family Affair

I guess many of us always look forward for a day of vacation each year with our family or friends during summer or holidays. Regardless of where you want to go, everyone deserves a family vacation where you all can spend together as a family and just have some fun. Just make sure to prepare and book early to avoid hassle.

Colder Days

Living in a tropical country where we are used with a temperature of 30C or beyond that, you really can't blame me us when a sudden drop of temperature of 22-24C will give us some chills already. I am guessing that there's also a mild weather disturbance with occasional rain showers during the day that's why the days are cool in our place.

Jackets/ long sleeves being kept in our closets are out again because during the nights and very early morning the temp was quite cold. It also signals that Christmas is really near since December is really a cool month up till January.  

Here Comes Christmas!

It'll be Christmas once again  in 21 days as of this writing and aren't you excited? 

I already set up our Christmas tree few days ago with my niece and we had lots of fun. The tree is about 5.5 feet tall and it needed lots of trimmings in it. I still need to put more lights to make it glow more especially at night time.

I also did my Christmas shopping but I still need to shop for more next week for my mom and some nieces/nephews. I dunno but my shopping list became so long this year and eventhough it only means more expenses but it's fun esp. when they like the gift that you will give. I guess our Christmas this year will be more fun and exciting and I can't wait for it.

Life Can be Unfair Sometimes

Let me rant for a while please. I was a bit piqued yesterday afternoon after a drawer key at my store is missing and later found out that it was at my SIL. I don't know but I became annoyed with that since I can't open my money drawer and I have no way to give change to my customers who are paying.

It was doubled when I found out that an online company that I am working with was so unfair and is not really consistent. I guess you know the feeling when you are trying to be too honest and yet you are the one being rejected while those that are not following the rules are the ones getting off the hook. I cried unfair but I can't do something about it. Oh well, that's life!

Anyway, I'm fine now.
